Privacy Policy
TRU Nations Golf respects the privacy of website visitors and people who contact us.
Information you choose to provide
The Community Vision Session form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not store the information entered in that form. Information is received only after you review and send the email.
How information may be used
Information you send may be used to respond to your inquiry, understand your organization’s interests, arrange meetings and discuss potential services or partnerships. It will not be represented as approval, commitment or consent from a Nation.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with advisers or service providers only where reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, operate the organization or meet legal obligations.
Website information
Basic technical information may be processed by the website hosting and security providers to deliver and protect the website. If analytics are added, this policy will be updated before that tracking is activated.
Retention and security
Email correspondence and related records are retained only as reasonably required for business, legal and relationship-management purposes. No method of electronic communication is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and business record requirements, by contacting steve@trunationsgolf.com.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the website, forms, analytics or business processes change. The effective date will be revised when material changes are made.
